Wash clothing: You can use tainted water or regular water it doesn't matter which and it doesn't matter where it came from (Rain barrel, puddle on the ground, river, etc.). If you have soap on you it makes washing clothing faster. If you do not have soap on you, you can still wash your clothing it just takes longer.
